Over a couple of months, and 15 hours total work, I built my dream bike: a touring bike that is robust enough to take around the world, but with parts that I can replace anywhere:
I’ve cycled across more than 20 countries by bicycle, mostly through forests and mountains (http://www.robertmunro.com/bike) so I choose the parts carefully.
In a future post I’ll review the bike as a whole and its components in a future post, but in the meantime enjoy the time-lapse of the build!:
